Acadian is a true "family business" through and through.  A large percentage of the employees and installers at Acadian have been with the company for many years - some for decades.  It’s a testament to doing good business not only with customers, but with employees, too.  

Don has since passed, but his daughter, Terri, manages the office, and her husband, Timothy, has worked for the company for over 35 years.  Their daughters, Don's granddaughter's, Brittany & Lindsey, as well as son-in-law, Josh, all work for the business as well.

Times have certainly changed and we've modernized with them.  But the way we do business, being a company that you can trust, we still do it the same way.  Customer service is what made our company what it is today, and that's never going to change.
